The tldr of this review is that Christine is absolutely stellar and if you need a realtor you should 100% work with her. The longer version is that I am particular - some would say annoying, and that would be fair. Selling our home was a fairly substantial task like it is for anyone, but moving after 13 years always adds extra layers of stress. I had assumed whatever realtor we used was just not going to be as meticulous as I am, and boy was I wrong, and I am happy to admit when I am wrong. From the outset, Chris was immense. She used data to properly price our house. No guessing, no "oh, it feels like it is worth this". Pure data to show trends and what the market would bear. I am convinced, thanks to her, and her help to prepare, that is why we were able to get 35k over asking. And I am sure some will say, oh that was a fluke! - work with her, and you'll see why it wasn't. She helped create demand and interest in a tighter and tighter market. Everything from the pricing, to the communication, to the photos, and videos was perfect. Perfect! If I had a complaint, believe me I would be up front about it, but not a single negative. And she kept feeding me chocolate too - who doesn't like chocolate? Jokes aside, if you are in north eastern Wisconsin and are looking for a realtor, look no further. If we ever get back to Wisconsin, I know who we will work with. She's professionally excellent, and she's also just a great human. Kind, caring, empathic and has a great sense of humour. I don't know too many other realtors that we've worked with that I would so wholeheartedly recommend. Thanks for looking after us, Christine. Remember, in the end, it's not really what people do or say that you remember, it's how they make you feel. People don't forget how you made them feel.
